We have over 4 years of experience in creating drawings for permitting in cities across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Hamilton, and even Cities as far as Barrie, and have obtained hundreds of permits. We can take on projects from basement second-unit dwellings to custom homes.
We are a group of skilled designers who work for owners and contractors and are experts in creating drawings for applications for construction permits, including those for houses and small buildings. For the protection of our clients, we have professional liability insurance.
